When do you deliver and where?
We currently deliver across the greater Bondi area and surrounding Sydney suburbs every Sunday and Wednesday. Please enter your postcode at checkout to confirm your specific delivery window.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Our meals are prepared fresh and are designed to be consumed within 3-5 days. Each container is labeled with a specific 'Use By' date for your safety and convenience.
Can I freeze my Bondi Meal Prep containers?
Yes, the majority of our meals are freezer-friendly. We recommend freezing them on the day of delivery if you do not plan to eat them within the first three days to maintain optimal taste and texture.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you don't need to be home. Our meals are delivered in insulated cooler boxes with ice packs that keep food at a safe temperature for up to 6-8 hours.
How do I heat up my meals?
Most meals are best heated in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. For the best culinary experience, instructions for oven-heating or pan-searing are also provided on the individual meal labels.
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You have full control through your account dashboard. You can skip a week, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time, provided it is done before our weekly order cutoff on Thursday at 11:59 PM.
